REACH24H Launches TRSCC for Digital KKDIK Supply Chain Compliance Management

COMPANY NEWS | TURKEY KKDIK

As Turkey's September 30, 2026 KKDIK interim registration milestone approaches, companies are increasingly looking beyond obtaining a registration number to the ongoing management of project deliverables, importer coverage and supply chain records. REACH24H has launched the Turkey REACH Supply Chain Compliance System (TRSCC) within CLOUDESK to bring these activities into one digital workspace.

Why TRSCC Is Needed: Connecting KKDIK Registration with Ongoing Supply Chain Management

KKDIK is Turkey's regulation on the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemicals and is commonly referred to as Turkey REACH. Under the current implementation timeline, relevant joint-submission members or individual submitters that have not completed full registration should complete interim registration by September 30, 2026. Companies assessing their obligations can refer to REACH24H's KKDIK at a Glance: Turkey REACH Regulation Essentials for registration pathways, Turkish Only Representative arrangements and related project support.

Registration is not the end of supply chain administration. New customers, changes to Turkish importers and adjustments to trade routes may require companies to review or update the information associated with their KKDIK projects. Where multiple substances, importers and product lines are involved, relying on email threads, spreadsheets and individual folders can result in fragmented records, inconsistent versions and gaps during staff handovers.

TRSCC is an additional digital management service for companies using REACH24H for KKDIK registration projects. It brings entrusted projects, delivery records, importer relationships and supply chain information into a centralized platform so that companies can continue managing project information after delivery.

Three Core TRSCC Functions

1. Centralized Management of Interim and Full Registration Projects

TRSCC consolidates KKDIK interim and full registration projects entrusted to REACH24H. Instead of searching across project emails, shared spreadsheets and personal folders, users can view registered substances, registration types, project status and delivery information in a unified KKDIK project record.

When an interim or full registration number is obtained, or when another material status update occurs, the client can receive an email notification. After signing in to CLOUDESK, the company can review and acknowledge the project delivery. Depending on the project scope, the system retains the relevant substance, registration number, registration information and supporting files. This makes historical records easier to retrieve when multiple substances or registration batches are being managed, or when responsibilities move between teams.

2. Online Management of Turkish Importers and Change Requests

Companies can use TRSCC to view the Turkish importer list associated with each KKDIK-registered substance and organize coverage by substance or product line. This gives regulatory, supply chain and commercial teams a clearer view of which importers are covered under each registration arrangement.

When a new Turkish customer is added, an importer changes or the trade route is adjusted, the company can submit an addition or change request through the system. REACH24H's compliance team can review the submitted information and, where a KKS dossier update is applicable, coordinate the relevant next steps and retain the processing record. This turns a change process that may otherwise depend on multiple email exchanges into a trackable online workflow.

3. Visual Supply Chain Traceability for Reviews and Inspections

Built on CLOUDESK's existing digital supply chain architecture, TRSCC can connect registered substances and registration numbers with the Only Representative, Turkish importers, downstream distribution information and import or export shipment records. The resulting information chain helps companies review how regulatory parties and trade records relate to a substance or product line.

When preparing for an internal review, a supply chain check, customs verification or an authority inspection, users can follow the path from substance to registration number, Only Representative, importer and trade record to locate the relevant project and supporting materials. TRSCC supports information consolidation, traceability and document preparation; the applicable compliance position remains subject to the actual registration dossier, importer information and competent-authority requirements.

Together, these functions connect KKDIK project delivery, ongoing importer maintenance and supply chain traceability, allowing compliance records to remain usable after the registration project has been delivered.

One CLOUDESK Account for Multiple REACH-Like Regulatory Systems

CLOUDESK is REACH24H's unified supply chain compliance management platform for REACH-like regulatory projects. Before the launch of TRSCC, RSCC and KRSCC were already used to manage relevant projects for the European Union, the United Kingdom and South Korea. The addition of TRSCC brings Turkey KKDIK projects into the same platform environment.

CLOUDESK now supports project management across EU REACH, UK REACH, K-REACH and Turkey KKDIK. Companies active in several markets can use one CLOUDESK account and switch between RSCC, KRSCC and TRSCC modules from the same entry point, viewing entrusted projects and supply chain information by market.

A unified account, a single access point and regulation-specific module switching can reduce duplicated work created by maintaining separate systems and parallel records. It also gives regulatory, supply chain and business teams a more consistent basis for cross-market coordination.

Further Discussion at CRAC China 2026

According to the current conference agenda, representatives from Turkey's Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change (MoEUCC), including Mr. Bektaş KILIÇ, are scheduled to discuss “Post-adjustment of Turkey KKDIK: Implementation Progress, Regulatory Changes & Enterprise Adaptation Strategies” at CRAC China 2026 on October 21, 2026.

The session will give companies working on KKDIK interim registration, full registration, data sharing or Turkey market access an opportunity to hear implementation perspectives and engage in direct discussion. View the CRAC China 2026 agenda. Topics and speakers remain subject to the latest conference schedule.
