European Commission Adopts Chlorpyrifos Amendment under EU POPs Regulation

The European Commission adopted a delegated regulation amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1021 as regards chlorpyrifos on June 30, 2026. Once published in the Official Journal of the European Union, the amendment will enter into force on the twentieth day following publication.
