The memorandum of understanding (MOU) will enable professional and swift regulatory compliance service from both companies for diverse clients. Both companies will collaborate on a comprehensive consulting service, specifically on acquiring certain certifications, e.g., the European Federation for Cosmetic Ingredients’ Good Manufacturing Practices (EFCI GMP), GMP for Cosmetics ISO 22716, and ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance), as well as global regulatory compliance of chemicals and cosmetics.
