News Brief
Recently, REACH24H assisted Genchy Polymer Recycling Co., Ltd., a high-tech enterprise dedicated to producing food-contact grade recycled plastics, in obtaining two No Objection Letters (NOL) issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for recycled plastics.

FDA Approval Unlocks U.S. Market for rPP and rHDPE Recycled Plastics
The approved processes are the mechanical recycling of recycled polypropylene (rPP) and recycled high-density polyethylene (rHDPE) by Genchy Polymer Recycling Co., Ltd. The resulting rPP and rHDPE materials are approved for manufacturing products with 100% recycled content, under FDA's Condition of Use E-G (contact with dry foods at temperatures ranging from room temperature to freezing).
In this dual application for rPP and rHDPE, REACH24H utilized its in-depth understanding of FDA recycled plastics regulations and submission rules to develop a comprehensive compliance plan at the project’s inception. REACH24H collaborated closely with the company to efficiently prepare the required documentation and draft the dossiers, ultimately securing the two NOLs.
This achievement not only confirms that Genchy’s mechanically recycled rPP and rHDPE products meet FDA requirements for food-grade recycled plastics but also signifies the company’s successful entry into the U.S. recycled plastics market. This milestone enhances the company’s brand competitiveness and represents a critical advancement in the company’s global market expansion efforts.
