NRCC to Train the HCs Registration Personnel of Local Offices

According to the SAWS Order 53, the Registration Office under the provincial administration of work safety are directly in charge of the practical registration and administration of HCs in their administrative areas. The training sessions will cover:
  1. Measures on the Administration of Hazardous Chemicals Registration (SAWS Order 53);
  2. Instructions on registration form filling and how to review the forms submitted by the HC companies;
  3. Compilation and Review of Registration Materials, including the SDS and the label;
  4. “Safety rules for Classification, Precautionary Labeling and Precautionary Statements of Chemicals” and the recent requirements of the GHS;
  5. The introduction to the online HCs Registration System (new edition) and its operation.
