Dr. Lily Li holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Zhejiang University and has served as a visiting scholar at the University of California. She has led a National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Research Fund for International Young Scientists and a Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation Young Scientists project. Dr. Li holds one national invention patent and has contributed to one international patent. With over ten years of research and professional experience in chemistry-related fields, she is currently focused on regulatory compliance in the cosmetics sector.
