[Authorisation] A Second Pilot Project is started by Forum

On 24-26 Mar 2015, the Forum for Exchange of Information on Enforcement determined on a second pilot Project on the authorized substances, and this project will focus on substances with a sunset date before 2016. Companies should notice that the inspectors will not only check whether substances on the market granted an authorization but also check whether the authorisation holders comply with the conditions of the granted authorization. Inspections will then take place during 2016 and the final report will become available in 2017. In addition, specific restriction entries for the fourth coordinated enforcement project, which are relevant for consumer articles, professional use and protection of the environment, will be chosen by the Forum.
