Hangzhou, China – August 2025 — REACH24H Consulting Group is pleased to announce a major milestone in its Halal compliance services: our Indonesia team has officially obtained the Halal Supervisor Competency Certificate.
This important milestone reinforces our capability to guide clients through Indonesia’s Halal Certification landscape with accuracy, credibility, and confidence. With an officially recognized Halal Supervisor by BPJPH, we are now authorized to act on behalf of enterprises in submitting Halal Certification applications, ensuring compliance with Indonesia’s requirements, and supporting the implementation of the continuous Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH/HPAS).
Indonesia’s Halal Certification Requirements
Based on Government Regulation No. 42 of 2024 on the Implementation of Halal Product Assurance, halal certification for all food, beverages, traditional medicines, quasi-medicines, health supplements, cosmetics, chemicals, GMO products, and consumer goods officially began on October 17, 2021, and must be completed by October 17, 2026.
Certification Pathways for Import Enterprises
Import enterprises may pursue certification through two pathways:
Regular Pathway: for enterprises without Halal certification or with certificates not yet recognized under an MRA with BPJPH.
Foreign Halal Certificate Registration Pathway: for enterprises with Halal certificates issued by foreign Halal Bodies recognized under an MRA with BPJPH.
Applications are submitted by the importer or official representative in Indonesia through the SIHALAL system. Required documents include:

Halal Supervisor documentation:
| Appointment letter/ contract granting authority to the Indonesian representative, including Halal Supervisor documentation. |
Matrix or list of products and ingredients used. | A legalized copy of the Foreign Halal Certificate for the relevant product(s). |
Product Processing Flow Documents. | List of goods to be imported, with Harmonized System (HS) codes. |
Evidence of Halal Assurance System (SJPH) implementation, including:
| Declaration letter of authenticity and validity of documents. |
Note: Non-English documents must be accompanied by a certified English translation. |
