China Continued ADM on Epichlorohydrin from Four Countries

The original anti-dumping duties on epichlorohydrin from the above four countries were charged from June 28, 2006 to June 27, 2011(MOFCOM Announcement No 44 of 2006). Under the petition from Shandong Haili Chemical, a major Chinese epichlorohydrin manufacturer, China began the expiry review on June 27, 2011 and finally maintained the extension of the ADM. The imposed rates on the products from these countries will maintain as that noticed in the Announcement No 44 of 2006.
