Industry Comments
The electronic submission requirements will bring several improvements. Companies no longer need to mail paper documents, as the entire process can be handled electronically. This will not only reduce the running around for companies but also lower the cost of manpower. Moreover, the electronic submission will enable faster notification, as the review process can be streamlined without the back-and-forth of paper document submissions. 2 The electronic submission requirements will come into effect on September 1, 2024, providing a transition period that will not disrupt companies currently in the registration or notification process.
